What is Lifestyle Coaching?
Lifestyle coaching encompasses an array of topics. It’s the everyday. It’s the way we live. It’s arguably the biggest part of what makes us, us. It's typically a part of our lives that we don’t think about… and if we do, not nearly as much as we should. Lifestyle is defined as the way in which a person or group lives. Lifestyle coaching focuses on exactly that; the way in which you or your organization lives/operates on a daily basis.
The choices we make during the day, no matter how trivial they may seem, contribute to creating a life that is more (or less) fulfilling.
